We can evaluate gene expression at the DNA and RNA level, using PCR and qPCR, and protein using ELISA, Western, IHC, and flow cytometry. We can perform enzymatic assays as well to help you characterize your product.

At ABS Bio, we have experience producing lentivirus used in experimental engineering as well as propagating viruses that are important to experimental study. We can provide confirmatory assays, such as a titer following virus production.

Drugs and compounds may be crucial to your work, but conducting high-throughput screening for each and every molecule of interest is laborious and time-consuming.

At ABS Bio, we can perform this preliminary work for you, either providing treated pellets for your own in-house screening or performing the downstream assays to jump-start your project to the molecule selection stage.

ABS Bio can prepare fixed or frozen slides and conduct specially tailored immunohistochemistry (IHC) services for all tissues we offer. We can also use samples provided by you. Our team can process tissues and cells into paraffin blocks, embed samples using OCT, and localize proteins in cells using histogels.

Our Histology team can also support you with slide preparation, H&E staining, and special stains, as well as gathering morphological data to help validate your biochemical or genomic data sets.
