Ehab Alramahy
Ehab Alramahy is President & CEO of ABS Bio.
Mr. Alramahy is an accomplished commercial and operational leader with extensive experience in the life sciences and a strong track record of building and leading teams across Europe and North America. Before joining ABS Bio, he served as Senior Vice President & General Manager for the Disease State Biospecimens & CGT Business Units at BioIVT. He was also Senior Vice President and Head of the Peptide & Antibody Division at Biosynth Group.
Prior to Biosynth, Ehab spent more than ten years at Bachem Group, where he advanced through increasingly senior leadership roles and was ultimately appointed to the company’s U.S. executive leadership team. His leadership career was shaped by early hands-on scientific and technical roles, which provided a strong foundation for his later executive responsibilities.

Libu Mathew joined ABS as the Chief Financial Officer in September 2024. Previously, Libu held key roles such as CFO at NJ Bio, where he spearheaded revenue enhancement strategies, resulting in a remarkable 2000% revenue growth within four years. His leadership facilitated successful fundraising, SAP platform implementations, and seamless mergers and acquisitions, delivering significant shareholder value. At Cello Health and Abzena, he optimized cash flow, enhanced compliance, and led strategic planning to align financial operations with organizational objectives. Libu’s tenure at Danaher highlighted his ability to streamline processes, integrate financial systems, and manage international collaborations, all while ensuring audit compliance and driving cost savings. Known for his aptitude in building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, and leveraging technology to scale operations, Libu consistently delivers results that exceed expectations.
Olga Potapova, Ph.D.

Olga Potapova, Ph.D.
Olga Potapova, Ph.D., is Chief Scientific Officer at ABS Bio. Previously, she was the Founder & CEO of Cureline, Inc. until its acquisition by ABS Bio. Dr. Potapova is a highly accomplished life sciences executive with extensive expertise in translational oncology, diagnostics, and laboratory medicine. She has established new research programs in oncology, stress and aging at the NIA (NIH) and made significant contributions in the fields of human prenatal diagnostics and development of targeted oncology therapies. Olga has received multiple AACR/AFLAC awards, NIH and NATO fellowships, and has published numerous scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals.  She was a Principal Investigator for The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and the Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC) programs (NCI, NIH). Dr. Potapova holds advanced degrees in Physics and Molecular Genetics/Biochemistry providing her with a strong multidisciplinary foundation in life sciences and translational medicine.

Cheri Miller
Cheri is the Vice President of Business Development & Operations at ABS. She has more than 28 years’ experience managing all aspects of Business Operations at ABS. This includes Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Facilities Infrastructure, Client Services, and Business Development. Cheri is qualified in ISO 9001:2015 Management and Internal Auditing. She is also a Six Sigma Green Belt, and is trained in Lean, IATA/ICAO regulations, HIPAA regulations, and GLP/GMP.
Linda Carlini
Vice President of Laboratory Operations
Linda Carlini
Linda supervises all Laboratory Operations at ABS. She has worked at ABS for more than 18 years and has overall responsibility for all ABS Laboratories, Biospecimen Operations, and ABS’ Biorepository. She is also accustomed and highly skilled at working with cross-functional teams and changing client specifications and priorities, having worked closely on many large multi-disciplinary projects. All Laboratory, Biorepository, and Biospecimen Operations personnel report to Linda. She is an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor, Six Sigma Green Belt, and trained in Lean, HIPAA regulations, and GLP/GMP.
Victoria Fulidou, M.D.

Victoria Fulidou, M.D. is Vice President of Clinical Operations at ABS Bio, where she drives the design and execution of efficient, scalable clinical operations in support of global translational and precision medicine.
A physician and researcher with over 25 years of experience, Dr. Fulidou brings a CRO-aligned mindset focused on operational rigor, site performance, and accelerating study timelines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. Her background includes leadership roles across leading hospitals and close collaboration with academic institutions, along with contributions to numerous peer-reviewed publications.
Heidi Williams, M.S.

Heidi Williams
Before joining ABS, Heidi obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Kutztown University and her Master’s degree from the College of Charleston. After graduation, she joined ABS’ sales team in 2009 as a Project Manager. She continues to provide excellent customer service as Director of Client Services.

Chris Weaver
Christina is the Director of Business Operations at ABS. She joined ABS as an Office Assistant in 1999 while working towards her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Goldey-Beacom College. She has had experience with many aspects of Business Operations at ABS over the years, and her current responsibilities include managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Human Resources. Christina is a certified ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor. She is also a Six Sigma Green Belt, and is trained in Lean, IATA/ICAO regulations, and HIPAA regulations.

Heidi consults with current and prospective clients in the Mid-Atlantic to identify and provide customized solutions that allow clients to get ahead of deadlines and spend more time focusing on their core competencies. Her love of science initially led to a career teaching middle school science before returning to graduate school to pursue a Master of Science in Biotechnology. During her graduate experience, she realized her expertise was best utilized outside of laboratory research. She believes in her clients’ research, and her goal is to provide them a better pathway to success.

Dania Hoq
Dania joined ABS in 2012 as a Scientific Liaison before growing to take on more responsibility as a Project Manager the same year. She has a degree in Biology from the University of Delaware and extensive sales experience. Her passion for science, ability to build strong relationships, and commitment to helping people find solutions for their needs makes her role at ABS a natural fit.

Harminder Singh, M.D.
Harminder Singh, M.D. is Business Development Director at ABS Bio. He joined ABS Bio from Cureline, where he was instrumental in leading biospecimen operations. He brings more than 15 years of experience in the life sciences industry and is a recognized expert in human biospecimen sourcing, management, and global clinical research. Dr. Singh is actively engaged in designing and executing research projects involving human biospecimens to help develop precision medicine therapies. He has a strong track record of building and maintaining long-term partnerships with clinical networks and pharmaceutical/biotechnology clients.

Vlad Golubkov, Ph.D.
Vladislav Golubkov, Ph.D., is Business Development & Research Director at ABS Bio. He is a biotechnology expert with over 30 years of industry and academic experience in biospecimen solutions, biobanking, cell and molecular biology, and translational research. Dr. Golubkov specializes in the commercialization of custom biospecimen and research services, partnering with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies to deliver high-quality, fit-for-purpose solutions for drug discovery and clinical development across diverse therapeutic areas. He has extensive experience aligning scientific operations with client and market needs to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
Prior to his current role, Dr. Golubkov held scientific and leadership positions at the University of Southern California (USC), Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute, and Cureline Inc. He is a published author of over 45 peer-reviewed articles and a former NIH-funded principal investigator.

Sarah joined ABS as a Business Development Associate in 2019. She provides clients from pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies with custom, quality-guaranteed solutions that help streamline their discovery process and accelerate their pipelines. Her passion for science led her to achieve her Doctorate of Philosophy in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University prior to joining ABS. Her research expertise, problem-solving mindset, and ability to build strong relationships provides the foundation required to develop successful collaborations with clients in the New England territory.

LeAnne joined ABS in 2020 and brings 25 years of biotech industry experience to her clients at ABS. She quickly found her passion for supporting biomedical team’s research efforts by providing tools to remove obstacles that impede success. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and a minor in Biology from The University of Delaware. Her purpose is to continually provide exceptional service and collaborate on creative solutions that allow her Mid-Atlantic clients to focus on important research and discovery.

Brianna joined ABS Bio in 2020 and quickly grew into her current role as a Director of Sales Enablement & Inside Sales (Distributor Channel).
She leverages her background in biological research and business analytics to support a rapidly expanding lab services and biospecimens portfolio. Partnering directly with executive leadership, she translates complex sales analytics into actionable commercial strategies that streamline operations and expand market presence across global biotech hubs. In her work leading global distributor partnerships, she helps ABS Bio support life science researchers worldwide to gain seamless access to high-quality biological samples and custom lab services.
